More Information
QLD – The OLGR approved National SITHGAM006A (‘Provide Responsible Gambling Services’) course is required. This is the course we offer.
NT, ACT, SA – Must be the National SITHGAM006A course. This is the course that we offer.
WA – In WA there is no mandate for RSG training. Gambling is limited to the Casino, Racing and Wagering. So if you were to be employed with them, they would put you through their own induction course which would include some form of RSG training specific for their premises.
VIC – In Victoria the course has to be specific for the Victorian Regulations (Our course is coming soon)
TAS – In TAS it is called “Responsible Conduct of Gaming” The Responsible Conduct of Gaming course involves a thorough knowledge of the Tasmanian Gaming Exclusion Scheme. (Our course is coming soon)
NSW – In NSW it is called “Responsible Conduct of Gambling” You must complete the NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling course (RCG). RSG training undertaken interstate is not recognised in NSW. (Our course is coming soon)
